Eligibility

2. Geographical Scope: Our services are primarily intended for travellers based in India. Bookings from other jurisdictions may be subject to additional terms and restrictions.

Booking and Payment

1. Booking Process:

   • By placing a booking request, you represent that all personal information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to make a booking on behalf of all passengers.

   • All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation.

2. Pricing:

   • We strive to display accurate prices on our Site. However, prices may fluctuate based on supplier updates (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).

   • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and, if necessary, cancel the booking if you do not accept the revised price.

3. Payment Terms:

   • You may be required to pay a deposit or the full amount at the time of booking.

   • Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other payment gateways, subject to the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 and other applicable Indian laws.

Cancellations and Refunds

   • Refund timelines depend on processing times of payment gateways and supplier terms.

Travel Documents and Compliance

1. Identification and Visas:

   • It is your responsibility to ensure that you (and any accompanying travelers) possess valid passports, visas, and other travel documents required by the relevant authorities.

   • Travel Club is not responsible for any losses arising from invalid or incomplete travel documents.

2. Health Requirements:

   • Certain destinations may have specific health or vaccination requirements. You are responsible for verifying and fulfilling these requirements before travel.

   • We strongly recommend obtaining relevant travel insurance for medical and trip-related emergencies.

Use of the Site

1. License:

   • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use our Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

   • You may not use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited activities under Indian law.

Liability and Disclaimers

1. Limitation of Liability:

   • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Club and its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or Services.

2. No Warranties:
